New York-based insurance leader to deliver customized risk solutions to diverse client base
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Longtime property and casualty insurance leader William (Bill) Callahan has joined Alliant as Senior Vice President. The New York-based insurance veteran will provide a full range of insurance and risk management solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.
“Bill is regarded for his ability to listen closely to his clients’ needs and respond with highly customized risk and insurance solutions across a range of verticals,” said Bob Bennetsen, Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director with Alliant. “His breadth of expertise and longstanding relationships will play a key role in our ongoing growth within the key strategic Northeast region.”
Callahan is a 30-year insurance veteran known for designing and delivering customized risk and insurance solutions that reduce liability, cut costs, and provide long-term strategic advantages to organizations. Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with a diverse range of clients with regional, national, and global operations.
Prior to joining Alliant, Callahan was Senior Vice President within the New York office of an international insurance brokerage firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Ithaca College.
