Orange County-based benefits consultant brings innovative approach focused on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and risk mitigation to Alliant
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Alliant Insurance Services, the nation’s largest specialty insurance brokerage firm, has added innovative new expertise to its growing Employee Benefits Group with Steve Kessler. As First Vice President, the Orange County, CA-based benefits consultant will partner with clients throughout the Western Region to design and implement leading-edge employee benefits strategies. He will focus on the delivery of plans that reduce healthcare costs, increase productivity, and mitigate risk.

Prior to joining Alliant, Kessler was Senior Vice President within the Orange County office of a national, full-service insurance brokerage. There, he designed and executed long-term benefits strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on large, private sector organizations.
