Risk & Insurance recognizes Alliant producers for excellence in law, construction, energy, real estate, and the public sector
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Alliant Insurance Services, the nation’s largest specialty insurance brokerage firm, continues its legacy of award-winning brokerage talent with six of its producers receiving the lauded Power Broker® designation by Risk & Insurance. The diverse pool of honorees includes experts in law, construction, energy, real estate, and the public sector.

Alliant’s 2016 Power Brokers are:
- Ashley De Paola, Assistant Vice President, Alliant Americas, who was recognized for her persistence in helping a large real estate client reduce premiums and expand coverage, while laying out a strategy for long-term loss-reduction (Real Estate category).
- Craig Howser, Executive Vice President, ProQuest, a leading risk advisor to the legal community who was recognized for providing a range of creative solutions and strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of law firms (At-Large category).
- Charlie King, First Vice President, Energy and Marine, an oil and gas expert who has been successful in helping clients navigate changing dynamics in risk tolerance brought about by an uptick in private equity investment (Energy, Upstream category).
- Eamonn Long, Vice President, Alliant Americas, a construction specialist whose depth of knowledge in bidding, blueprints, surety, contract law, and other issues related to construction risk helps him deliver specialized expertise to clients (Construction category).
- Kevin McBride, Senior Vice President, Alliant Americas, who uses his eye for cost control to deliver project-specific solutions for large-scale construction projects throughout the New York region (Construction category).
- Doug Wozniak, Senior Vice President, Public Entity, a public sector expert who was recognized for his expertise in property and liability pools, startup captives, and startup stock insurance companies (Public Sector category).
