​Alliant Increases Southeast Presence, Adds Four Benefits Pros

Brett Ausherman, Rob Ruinen, Patrick Estes, and Tony Burchett bring a wealth of expertise to Alpharetta, Georgia practice

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Alliant has made a major statement in the Southeast, adding four talented new producers to its Alpharetta, Georgia Employee Benefits team. With the addition of Brett Ausherman, Rob Ruinen, Patrick Estes, and Tony Burchett, Alliant Employee Benefits has expanded its product offerings and reach as it serves a growing portfolio of clients throughout the region.

First Vice President Brett Ausherman joins Alliant with more than 20 years of experience in the benefits world, helping clients maximize profitability through benefits cost management, human resources administration, employer communication, and high-level strategic planning. Prior to joining Alliant, Ausherman was Area Senior Vice President and Practice Leader within the Atlanta office of a major national brokerage firm. For more than 20 years, First Vice President Rob Ruinen has built a sound reputation for maximizing his clients’ output and profitability by delivering solutions that support both the strategic vision of the organization and the tactical activities that challenge today’s human resource executives. Prior to joining Alliant, Ruinen was Area Senior Vice President within the Atlanta office of a major national brokerage firm, where he developed customized employee benefits cost management and program solutions and engaged in business development activities. Vice President Patrick Estes has four decades of experience in business development, sales management, and insurance consulting, having worked with some of the nation’s largest financial services and insurance brokerage firms. Prior to joining Alliant, Estes was Vice President and a member of a global insurance brokerage, where he delivered a range of risk management and insurance solutions to clients with a focus on the private equity industry.
