​Alliant Continues Pacific Northwest Expansion, Acquires Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency

Partnership marks Alliant’s fourth acquisition within the region since late 2014

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Alliant Insurance Services continues to expand its presence in the Pacific Northwest with the acquisition of Spokane, WA-based Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency. Alliant’s acquisition of the 70-year insurance stalwart is its fourth within the region since late 2014 as the firm continues its commitment to providing regionally focused insurance and risk management expertise to clients through its Alliant Americas division.

Founded in 1946, Andre-Romberg provides a full spectrum of commercial risk management and personal insurance solutions backed by prompt service, proven carrier relationships, and a long-standing reputation for treating its clients like family. The agency offers a broad range of products and services, providing its diverse client base with a one-stop-shop for business, homeowners, renters, auto, and many other insurance solutions.

Andre-Romberg will operate as part of Alliant Americas, which provides the middle market with regionally-focused insurance products and services through a dedicated national platform. The continued expansion of the division has provided Alliant with the flexibility to partner with regional insurance agencies spanning a breadth of sizes and specialties, united by a shared commitment to service and entrepreneurialism.
